Terms and Conditions of Purchases made through Radiating Essence the website or websites selling or promoting goods or services from Radiating Essence:
By purchasing goods or services from this website or any website selling coupons, gift certificates or any other type of goods or services redeemed at Radiating Essence shall be with the explicit understanding that all services are performed by a Utah licensed massage therapist or massage therapist apprentice. Customers buying goods or services understand that their purchase is for nothing more than stated on the coupon and are described as followed:
- Reiki Massage: Under these terms and conditions, "Reiki Massage" is defined as a light, gentle touch modality that sometimes uses oils on the hands and feet to relax the client and compliment the healing process. Due to Utah state laws, Reiki Massage is a clothed session unless combined with therapeutic traditional massages such as Swedish massage, etc. For the purposes of the coupons sold Reiki massage is kept as a separate modality. If the customer would like a therapeutic traditional massage such as a Swedish massage then they are directed to look for similar deals offered by this site for those services or purchases those services at regular price.
- Aromatherapy: This modality consists of usage of essential oils to compliment healing techniques performed at Radiating Essence. You may ask to have these omitted if you would like.
- Thetahealing: This modality was developed by the founders listed on http://www.thetahealing.com/ and all certifications are kept active and in good standing by Radiating Essence and comply with Thetahealing terms and conditions. See http://www.thetahealing.com/ for more information.
- Traditional Therapeutic Massage: All traditional therapeutic massages performed by Radiating Essence comply to all government rules and regulations. Ethics and standards set forth by the state can be found on http://utah.gov. These rules and regulations are kept in the highest regard and anyone asking any employee or persons associated with Radiating Essence to not comply with these rules and regulations will be banned from further patronage at Radiating Essence, as well, but not limited to, having the proper criminal authorities alerted, and/or civilly pursued in a court of law.
Radiating Essence reserves the right to cancel and reschedule appointments as necessary for any unforeseen circumstances but will make every effort to reschedule those appointments in a swift manner.
By purchasing any goods, services, or discounts from Radiating Essence or resellers you, the customer and purchaser (and anyone who redeems purchased goods or services) agree that any complaint will be directed to Radiating Essence first for resolution and any legalities that might arise will be resolved with mediation and not in any court systems.
Radiating Essence reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and reserves the right to decide on a case by case basis of whether said person is entitled to a refund. Reasons to be refused service include, but are not limited to:
- Being offensive or aggressive to Radiating Essence or any persons associated with Radiating Essence, willfully damaging property of Radiating Essence, theft, etc.
- Any sexual advances, references, etc.
- Any unlawful behavior directly or non-directly related to Utah massage therapy laws or any Utah laws in general.
Coupons:
No refunds will be given after a coupon is purchased unless the coupon site allows it. No coupon refunds will be given by Radiating Essence due to the fact that coupon sites take a 50% commission.
Except in extreme circumstances, no refunds will be given after services are rendered. If you are unsure what type of service you are purchasing, please don't purchase until you have talked to someone at Radiating Essence to clarify services. Massages are not like oil changes- even though every car is different, changing the oil is still the same. With massages, or energy work, each practitioner has their own style. There are no laws to say what we "have" to do, only what we "cannot do" so please ask all your questions prior to scheduling a session or purchasing a coupon.
All efforts are made to make prompt refunds but Radiating Essence reserves the right to process a refund for up to 90 days. We reserve the right to not refund a client at any time.
In the event that a refund is given, upon receipt you are agreeing to consider the matter settled in full with no further action of any type (legal or civil or otherwise.)
If you are in a session and you are not sure about something, please ask. You will never offend a massage therapist or energy practitioner for asking questions about your session. It's YOUR session and we would like to help you feel that you got what you paid for! Be clear about what you are paying for and about what you are receiving.
